'Speedwell'

 'Speedwell' is a replica of a common European weed. It is placed within the space as if it had grown there and is very easily overlooked. We are not sure what we are looking for and when we glimpse the object it is hard to properly 'see' it as it so resembles something we already know and feel familiar with. 

 'Untitled (Dis-appear)'

 300 x 18 x 18cm 

Retro-reflective glass beads, Adhesive, Woodworm holes.               

  'Untitled (Dis-appear)' fills the tiny holes left by woodworm in one of three pillars in the stable. The artist has placed in each hole a retro-reflective, spherical bead that catches light from parallel light source causing the bead to reflect light back. These points of light make us aware of something very small and detailed for a moment, until it slips from view, appearing and disappearing as we move around the space.
